We recently had our entire bathroom renovated by My Plumbing Services and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the end result. From the very first inspection through to the final handover, the whole process was professional, well organised and completely stress-free. A huge thank you to Sam for overseeing the project from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout and he always took the time to explain what was happening next and answer any questions we had. Everything that was promised was delivered, and there were never any surprises along the way. Mick kept everything running like clockwork behind the scenes. Scheduling was spot on, trades were organised efficiently, and we were always kept informed of what was happening each day. It’s rare to find a company that actually sticks to their timeline, but they completed our bathroom renovation within the 3–4 weeks they originally quoted, which was incredibly impressive. A special mention also goes to Daniel and Hamish. These guys take real pride in their work and it shows. They arrived on time every day, were polite, respectful and left the work area clean at the end of each day. Their attention to detail and workmanship is second to none. You can tell they genuinely care about delivering a high-quality finish rather than just rushing to the next job. Throughout the renovation, every trade was coordinated seamlessly. Plumbing, electrical, waterproofing, carpentry, plastering, tiling, painting and final fit-off all flowed exactly as planned. The level of organisation behind the scenes was something we really appreciated. The quality of the finished bathroom exceeded our expectations. Every detail has been completed to a very high standard, from the perfectly aligned tiles to the plumbing fixtures and finishing touches. It’s clear they don’t cut corners and only use quality materials and experienced trades. What stood out most was the professionalism of the entire team. They treated our home with respect, communicated honestly, turned up when they said they would, and genuinely cared about making sure we were happy with every stage of the project. We had an emergency with our owners corporation's main water pipe on a Sunday after it was damaged and the team responded quickly and professionally. They arrived promptly, explained everything clearly and worked efficiently to restore the water supply for all 10 properties which also included a commercial building. Compliments to Sam. He attended our property today to fix a water pipe connected to our water meter that came loose. Being first home owners it’s really hard to find plumbers that you can trust to do quality work. Would definitely contact My Plumbing Services again for any future plumbing work. Fees are reasonable and he was happy to answer all of our questions.

The 2 guys that did the work went beyond just replacing the gutters. Also removed the split wood and touched up the corner with paint. Was also a cheaper quote.

I needed to get some urgent plumbing completed to unblock a pipe. In the end, the pipe was so damaged by tree roots that it needed to be re-lined. The My Plumbing Services team were great - coming out late in the day ahead of a public holiday. They cleared the pipe and then promptly returned to do the urgent re-lining. Excellent service. Sam attended very quickly on Boxing Day (public holiday) and arrived at our address fast. He isolated the gas leak, thoroughly checked the entire gas system, and made sure everything was safe before leaving. Gave our family real peace of mind. Very professional and highly recommended.
