Rang yesterday and Caleb said he would be there between 10 and 12. He was running late so he rang to tell me he was on the way. Caleb arrived and accessed the gas hot water system. Caleb made 1 phone call and arranged for new system to be installed today. Shannon arrived and installed the new system. Both young men were courteous, helpful and friendly. We replaced two existing toilet suites with two back to wall ones. The wall tile behind them needed to be cut for that reason. Previously three other plumbers refused to remove the wall tile, scared that they will end up damaging the plaster, creating a hole. Adam from My Plumbing Services was very confident and attentive.
