We contacted "My Plumbing Services" to help assist with my Father-in-law's Bonaire heating system as he had somehow disconnected the connection from the remote to the unit receiver and therefore was unable to turn the heater on.Mark was attentive, very knowledgeable, friendly, and worked very efficiently to fix the issue quickly. So much thankful for their service. Special mention to Caleb who did a very good job today. And to Eden who I’ve talked to yesterday for the scheduling. They are all very trustworthy and professional. We just had a problem with our Water Heater and Pipes being clogged. I’ve talked to other independent plumbers before and they charge us with gold, they will even tell us that they need to replace valve or pipes or something just to make us pay more. But we’re grateful we were able to find My Plumbing Services, they work with honesty and fairness. And their people are not rude, they are friendly and very professional. You can really tell the difference of an Independent Plumber to a well-established Plumbing Company. Thanks for their service! Very very highly recommended!
